7 Day Self Agreement
- Print the Action Plan
- Commit to an action step I can take each and every day to work toward my goal (I will not repeat an action step)
- Complete and post my plan where I'll see it every day
- Carry out each step, every day for 7 consecutive days
- Be conscious of all the random moments I hear the phrase, "You Never Know"
- Write down how I feel at the end of the 7 days
- Be proud!

SAMPLE ACTION PLAN
     Rob K has now lost 30 pounds and is happier than he's ever felt in his life!
     This guy is living in the zone - he's living in Y'NEVANO!
My Goal: To be healthier; start losing weight
Day 1: Cook / prepare a healthy meal.
Day 2: Go for a 20-minute walk with Calvin (my dog).
Day 3: Take the steps at work instead of the elevator.
Day 4: Instead of watching TV, tackle the clean-up project I've been avoiding.
Day 5: Do 5 reps of 4 different lifting exercises with free weights.
Day 6: Have fun with friends by do something that involves activity (bowling).
Day 7: Go to the Y and swim for 20 minutes.
After 7 days, how do I feel? I feel healthier. I am healthier. I'm proud of myself!
