Carried throughout the line, which includes t-shirts, sweat shirts, jackets, hats, bags, boxer shorts, and wristbands, is the company's motto: Live in Y'NEVANO and change your life! Y'NEVANO is more than a piece of advice; it's a state of mind. The company's mission is to encourage people to go after their dreams because, Y'NEVANO.
Y'NEVANO is committed to motivating individuals as well as communities. As a proud sponsor of the World of Money's summer youth program, Y'NEVANO is helping the organization's mission to improve the financial literacy of underserved youth. Most recently, Y'NEVANO was featured on CNBC's The Big Idea.
How did Y'NEVANO begin?
Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Wali Collins, Y'NEVANO's Founder and CEO, was working on being the best Architect New England has ever known. However, the calling for show business was too strong. One day, Wali expressed this to his parents. His mother encouraged him to pursue stand-up comedy and gave him the best piece of advice. She simply said, "you never know." His first time on stage, Wali was convinced that he had bombed, but the manager paid him and asked him to come back every week as a featured act. Wali Collins has been going strong ever since.
Those three simple words, "you never know," have stayed with Wali throughout his many pursuits. It's a phrase many of us use in our daily lives, yet are unaware of its powerful message. That's precisely why Wali created a catchy reminder to get folks' attention with a smile.
